The service

Viridi is software that helps you research and place trades through accounts you connect. We are not a broker, exchange, bank or investment adviser, and nothing in the app is financial advice.

Your account

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to trade the assets you access. Keep your devices and wallets secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Trades and confirmations

The agent proposes; you decide. Every order requires your confirmation. Prices move, orders may fill differently than shown, and onchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Acceptable use

Do not use Viridi for market manipulation, to break the law, to attack the service, or to access data that is not yours.

Liability

Viridi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions you make using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
