Getting started

What you need

• An iPhone on iOS 17 or later, or an Android phone on Android 13 or later
• An email address or a passkey to sign in
• A few dollars in USDC or a card to fund your account

Install and sign in

Viridi is in private beta. Join the waitlist on the home page and we will send a download link to your email when your spot opens. Invites go out in small batches.

1. Open the link in your invite email and install Viridi.
2. Sign in with your email, or create a passkey.

When you sign in for the first time, Viridi creates a self-custody wallet on Robinhood Chain for you. The keys are yours: you can export them from Settings whenever you want.

The home screen

Home shows your total balance, how it moved today, and every thesis your agent is running.

Start a thread

Your agent is more than a chat window. It runs on our servers with its own workspace, live prices and technical indicators, so it keeps working after you close the app.

Your agent can:

• Run web research on a schedule
• Write notes and small programs and keep them between threads
• Wake up at a set time
• Wake up when an account you follow on X posts
• Wake up on a setup: an RSI cross, a moving-average cross, a divergence, or a simple “price above $X”, on any timeframe
• Watch your balance and positions in real time
• Combine any of the above

Tap Chat to start a new thread for anything you want to buy, sell or research. Be specific. For example:

• “I want to build a BTC position over the next two weeks. Buy more on red days, never more than $500 a day.”
• “Tell me when HOOD crosses its 50-day average on the 4h chart, and explain what changed.”
• “Find new tokens on Pons with more than $1M in liquidity and show me the top five.”

Once you are comfortable, try a setup with conditions:

• “Start buying ETH when it closes under the 1h lower Bollinger band, and scale out as it nears the middle band.”
• “Alert me on a bullish MACD and RSI divergence on SOL, 4h chart.”
• “If my HOOD position is up 30%, sell a third and move it to USDC.”

Approvals and autonomy

By default every order waits for you. The agent sends the plan, you tap Approve or Decline. When you are comfortable, you can let a thread act on its own inside limits you set:

Limits apply per thread. You can pause every thread at once from Settings.

Trading on Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum-compatible Layer 2 built for tokenized stocks. Viridi routes each order to the venue with the best price at that moment, such as Uniswap or Arcus for stock tokens, and reads prices from onchain feeds like Chainlink.

Tokens launched on Pons show up in search once they have enough liquidity. New tokens are risky; the agent flags thin liquidity and concentrated holders before you buy.

Alerts

Ask for an alert in plain words: “Ping me if NVDA drops 5% before earnings.” Every alert comes with a two-line summary of why it matters to what you hold.
